Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy that respects both our guests and our local partners.

By booking with The Soul Seeds, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity are non-refundable, as local arrangements, logistics, and staff are already committed.

Rescheduling

• Requests to reschedule an activity must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the activity cannot be accommodated and will be treated as a cancellation.

No-Shows

• Failure to appear at the scheduled time and location will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Weather Conditions

Certain experiences require favorable weather to ensure safety and the best possible guest experience. In the event of adverse weather conditions, The Soul Seeds reserves the right to cancel or postpone the activity.
In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule the activity for a future date, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations, as an alternative date will be provided.
