By accessing or using our services, including those provided through our website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), affiliated platforms such as GetYourGuide, Airbnb Experiences, and other digital channels (hereinafter referred to as “Digital Platforms”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.1. Creation and Management of Experiences

PT THE SOUL SEEDS organizes and manages tourism experiences in Bali. By booking with us, customers agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this document. Our services include guided tours, wellness retreats, cultural experiences, adventure activities, and customized events tailored to the needs and preferences of our clients. Our team carefully curates each experience, ensuring high-quality service, safety, and respect for the local environment and culture.

2.2. Affiliate Program

PT THE SOUL SEEDS offers an affiliate program designed for hotels, guesthouses, local travel agencies, and individuals who wish to promote our experiences in Bali. Affiliates can earn commissions for each successful booking made through their referral links or promotional efforts. The program is governed by specific terms, including commission structures, payout schedules, and ethical promotional guidelines. By joining the affiliate program, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions to maintain a professional and fair collaboration. PT THE SOUL SEEDS reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.

3. Reservations and Payments

3.1. Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners. To confirm a reservation, full payment must be completed before the experience begins. Customers will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment, including all necessary details regarding their selected experience.

3.2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their bookings under the following conditions. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled experience will not be eligible for a refund. PT THE SOUL SEEDS reserves the right to cancel experiences due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued to affected customers. If the Company cancels the activity for any reason, the customer will be given the option to either receive a full refund of the amount paid or reschedule the experience for another date.

4. Responsibilities and Limitations

We are committed to providing high-quality experiences and complying with all local regulations. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure safety and customer satisfaction, we are not responsible for personal injuries, material damages, or losses that may occur during the experiences, except in cases of proven negligence by the company. Customers participate at their own risk and are encouraged to obtain personal travel insurance. By booking with us, customers agree to follow all guidelines and instructions provided by our staff and facilitators to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

5. Privacy Policy

All customer data is handled in accordance with Indonesian data protection regulations. We are committed to protecting customer privacy and do not share personal data with third parties without explicit consent. By using our services, customers agree to the collection and processing of their personal information as outlined in our privacy policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website and promotional materials, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of The Soul Seeds or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property laws. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. In the event of any disputes arising from the use of our services, both parties agree to first seek resolution through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Indonesia for resolution.
