1. Introduction

Welcome to The Soul Seeds, operated commercially by IVNO GROUP LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States at

30 N Gould St Ste N Sheridan, WY 82801, EIN: 39-4950555 (hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” “we,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our services, including those provided through our website (the “Website”) and affiliated platforms such as GetYourGuide, Airbnb Experiences, and other digital channels (“Digital Platforms”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

PT LUMARA GLOBAL VENTURES, registered in Jalan Nyuh Bulan, Desa/Kelurahan Ubud, Kec. Ubud, Kab. Gianyar, 80571 Bali, Indonesia, Business Identification Number (NIB): 1000000009146808, is the local partner company responsible for the operational execution of the tourism experiences in Bali.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, we recommend that you refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Services

2.1 Commercial Management

IVNO GROUP LLC is responsible for:

  • Managing the online sale and booking process for all experiences listed under The Soul Seeds brand.
  • Processing all customer payments via Stripe or other authorized payment processors.
  • Providing booking confirmations and customer support before the experience takes place.
  • Maintaining and protecting the brand image and intellectual property.

2.2 Operational Execution

PT LUMARA GLOBAL VENTURES is responsible for:

  • Organizing and executing the experiences in Bali.
  • Managing logistics, suppliers, facilitators, and on-site customer service.
  • Ensuring compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations in the execution of services.

3. Reservations and Payments

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our official Website or authorized partners. Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Once the payment is processed by IVNO GROUP LLC, customers will receive a booking confirmation email containing all relevant details.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed in USD by IVNO GROUP LLC. IVNO GROUP LLC subsequently engages PT LUMARA GLOBAL VENTURES to fulfill the operational component of the booking under an intercompany services agreement.

3.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customer cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • Company cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel an experience due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns). In such cases, customers may choose between a full refund or rescheduling.

3.4 Stored Payment Method

By completing a purchase, you authorize IVNO GROUP LLC to securely store your payment method via Stripe. This allows you to complete optional add-on purchases ("one-time offers") on the confirmation page without re-entering your card details. Your payment information is never stored on our servers — it is held securely by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards. You will not be charged again unless you explicitly choose to purchase an additional experience on the confirmation page. You may request deletion of your stored payment method at any time by contacting info@thesoulseeds.com.

4. Responsibilities and Limitations

We strive to provide safe, high-quality experiences, but customers acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks. Except in cases of proven negligence, IVNO GROUP LLC and PT LUMARA GLOBAL VENTURES shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or loss of property.
  • Delays or disruptions due to force majeure events.

Customers are encouraged to have personal travel insurance and must follow all safety instructions provided by staff or facilitators.

5. Privacy Policy

Customer data is collected by IVNO GROUP LLC and shared with PT LUMARA GLOBAL VENTURES only to the extent necessary to deliver the booked services.

  • IVNO GROUP LLC complies with applicable U.S. data protection regulations.
  • PT LUMARA GLOBAL VENTURES complies with Indonesian data protection laws.
    By booking, you consent to this data sharing strictly for service provision.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website and marketing materials, including images, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by IVNO GROUP LLC or licensed to it. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our Website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • For commercial transactions and online payments, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
  • For on-the-ground execution in Bali, Indonesian law applies.
    Any dispute will first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, disputes related to payment processing shall be submitted to the competent courts in Florida, USA, and disputes related to local execution shall be submitted to the competent courts in Indonesia.
