You lie down on a soft mat in a quiet Ubud sanctuary, close your eyes, and the first bowl begins to hum. From that moment on, everything outside the room slowly stops mattering.

Your facilitator surrounds you with Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and gongs, played live around your body and sometimes placed directly on it. The vibrations travel through skin, bones and breath, and your nervous system gets the message it has been waiting for: you are safe, you can let go.

As the frequencies layer over each other, your mind starts to slow down. The endless inner dialogue softens. Many guests reach a state somewhere between deep meditation and rest — fully aware, but completely still.

You do not need to do anything. No mantras, no posture, no effort. The sound does the work; your only job is to receive.

Most people leave the session lighter, clearer, and noticeably calmer — as if a layer of mental noise had been gently washed off.

It is a one-on-one experience where Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and gongs are played live around your body. The vibrations and frequencies guide your nervous system into a state of deep rest, where mental noise softens and the body releases stored tension.

Each session combines Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls and gongs. Some bowls are played around the body, others are placed directly on it so the vibration travels through skin and bones. The combination is adjusted live based on what your body and breath are asking for.

Most people describe it as floating between deep meditation and rest — fully aware but completely still. Some feel waves of vibration moving through the body, others experience emotional release, and many lose track of time entirely. Each session is unique to your nervous system on that day.

No experience is required. The sound does the work for you — there are no mantras, no postures, no effort. Beginners often go just as deep as long-time meditators, sometimes deeper.

Sound healing is a gentle and non-invasive practice. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, recent surgery, or a history of seizures, please let us know in advance so we can adapt the session or recommend a different experience.

It is completely fine. Falling asleep often means your nervous system finally found enough safety to drop. The frequencies keep working at a deeper level even when you are not consciously following them.

The full experience lasts around 1 hour, including a short intention-setting at the beginning and a few minutes at the end to slowly come back and integrate.

Wear comfortable clothes that let you lie down without anything pressing on the body. Mats, blankets and cushions are provided. Coming well hydrated helps the body integrate the experience afterwards.
