Most Bali itineraries start from a list of places. Ours start from you: who's travelling, the pace you enjoy, what you want to feel and what you'd rather avoid. Then we design around that, and leave space on purpose.

    A short call, mostly listening

    We ask about pace, rest, what excites you and what you'd rather avoid. Then we read between the lines.

  3. Curate48 hours after the call

    Your Trip Concept, free

    A first design of your journey: where you'll stay, how the days flow and what it costs. Only places and people we know first-hand.

  4. ComposeWhen you're ready

    Confirm, and we design every day

    A 10% deposit confirms your journey and is deducted from the total. We design it day by day with you and book everything. The balance is due 30 days before you travel.

  5. CareIn Bali

    You live it. We take care of the rest.

    Drivers, timings, reservations and anything that changes along the way. Our team is on WhatsApp the whole time.

How much does a tailor-made trip in Bali cost?

It depends on how long you stay, where you sleep and what you'd like to experience. There's no price list because every journey is designed from zero. Tell us your budget per person and we'll design within it. Your Trip Concept shows the full cost before you commit to anything.

Is the Trip Concept really free?

Yes. We prepare it 48 hours after our first call, with no obligation. If you'd like to go ahead, a 10% deposit confirms your journey and is deducted from the total.

How do payments work?

The deposit is paid by card and starts the day-by-day design and bookings. The balance is paid by bank transfer, 30 days before you travel. We can present your Trip Concept in AUD, USD, EUR or GBP.

What if our plans change?

Before you confirm, there's nothing to cancel. Once you've confirmed, we'll look at how to adjust the journey with you first. The deposit isn't refundable once design and bookings have started.

What's included, and what isn't?

We take care of the design, your stays if you'd like us to book them, private drivers and transfers, and the experiences, guides, meals and boat days in your design, with our team on WhatsApp throughout. International flights, travel insurance and personal expenses aren't included. We can recommend a travel insurance, with a discount.

Can you design for families and larger groups?

Yes. We design for solo travellers, couples, friends and families, and for groups of eight or more, including retreats and private events.

We've already booked where we're staying. Can you design the rest?

Yes. Tell us where you're staying and we'll design the days around it.

How far ahead should we start?

The earlier you start, the more choice there is, especially for stays in July, August and around Christmas. If your dates are close, tell us anyway: we'll be honest about what's possible.

Do you design journeys outside Bali?

Right now, our Tailor-Made Trips are in Bali, where our team lives.

Who will we be talking to?

Our team in Ubud, from the first message to your last day in Bali. You'll have us on WhatsApp throughout.
